Second Email Address Not Receiving Notifications

    On my 1.) Geneva Township General Assistance Application and 2.) GA Save and Continue Form, there are two email addresses entered for notification. The first email (mine, kjohnson_60174) is receiving the notification, the second email (smcmurray) is consistently not receiving it. I've looked over this thoroughly and cannot see why the second email address is not being notified or send a copy of the pdf as requested.

    Hi,

     

    I have checked the email log of your email, smcmurray, and I see that emails are being sent successfully. I checked if its in the bounce list but it is not in the bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder?
