    Hi Team,

When attempting to export the data of form MC | M Dreams Giveaway eDM we're receiving a blank CSV file (headings only, no data) or if using the Excel option, an Error Message is displayed.

Can you please advise if there's another way to run the report in these formats?  I'm concerned the data may be lost.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Mitch

    Hi Mitch,

You don't need to worry about your data. I checked your submissions and they are all there. You can see it by opening the "Submissions" on "My Forms" page.

The alternative method to get your submissions in CSV and Excel formats is getting a report of your submissions by using the "Reports".

I hope these method will help you. If you encounter any problem, please let us know.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your reply Mert..  I can see the submissions within the system, howeevr i wasn't aware of the reports feature.

On attempting both the CSV / Excel report - i still received a CSV file with headings (only 1kb in size), yet no data, and the Excel report failed to load. See below screenshots.

Appreciate further investigation; any chance an export can be completed from your end and emailed?

    Mitch

    Hi Mert,

Just letting you know, that I completed an unsuccessful export of the form in question within the Firefox browser.

Therefore, this issue is possibly within the form setup?  I was able to run an export from a form completed at the same time.

    Thanks,
    Mitch

    Hi again,

Mitch, I tried to get a CSV report of your submissions after your post and I replicated the same result. Also, some of other users reported the same issue; but you don't need to worry about it, I will report this issue to be fixed.

Alternatively, you can try the "Import" App to get your submissions in CSV or Excel formats. Below, you will find its link and the guide about how to do it.

After trying the app, please let us know about the results.

    Thanks for your understanding.
