    I don't understand the 10 count limitation for the free JotForm .... Please explain

    Hi Shaun,

     

    Are you referring to the 10 Receive Payments limitation for Free account? Our Free Account Plan or Starter Plan has a 100 regular and/or SSL submission limit per month and 10 receive payment per month. In JotForm, you can create a form that can collect payment in your user. If you are on Free Plan, this means that you can only receive 10 payments submission per month. 

    I checked the email you use in this thread (Loosdelsol@gmail.com) and it is associated with a guest account. Please note that Guest Account has a different submission limit. It only has a 20 submission limit per month. You can upgrade your Guest Account to Free Plan by signing up in JotForm. You can signup here: http://jotform.com/signup.

    I appreciate your help!
    I created another account using the correct email address (because I couldn't find out how to disassociate the current email for a new one) and created it under the Free account type.
    KLTYChristmasWish@gmail.com is the new email account.
    I will need to upgrade to the silver level of JotForm. Am I able to change back to the free level at any time? The program the form is used for only lasts November and December.

    I would recommend registering your account prior to upgrading.  If you register using the same email address you used to create your forms, the forms should automatically be moved to the newly registered account.

    Once it is registered, you can upgrade and/or downgrade your account at any time.  When you no longer need the increased number of submissions, downgrade back to a Free account and you data will remain intact.
