I have tried requesting my login details to my registered email but have not received any reset link.
Also I am no longer getting any email alerts when I test fill out my form.

I have checked your email address and your email address is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.2.0 Jhof1r00N2w6l3q01hog3y Spam content found
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.
Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please try to reset your password again.

Thank you for sorting it out, had issues ever since my isp changed there email system.
