Form Reports are Showing Blank Submissions

Hi when i click to make a visual report of a form it loads an empty page and then i click on charts and its says no data available eventhough i have submissions on that form.

can any one help me please.

The problem you are encountering is related to the blank submissions those you have. This issue occurs from the migration operation to EU servers; but you don't need to worry about it, I reported your account. It will be fixed soon. After that, you will be able to create proper reports.

In addition, you check your submissions on "Submissions".

To see your submissions, please enter the JotForm with the following URL:

I've entered the JotForm with the fURL https://eu.jotform.com/ .

I could find the submissions but failed to create visual reports.

I tried to create a visual report and didn't replicate the same error. Currently, the related form has only one submission, so the graphs are looking like they have empty variables, if this is the spot that you want to point.

Apart from that, if you had an issue like error on loading the report, I assume that is a temporary problem. Because, I tried to create a new one, open your report's URL and both of them work correctly.

Please try to create a new visual report and let us know the results.
