Hi we are not receiving all our completed forms, is it something we have done?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I understand your issue correctly.
Are you not receiving the submissions themselves completed?
Or do you mean the completed submissions by email? Or?
Can you please elaborate more about your issue or alternatively provide us with a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing so that we can assist you better?
