    How do I add my credit card information in order to upgrade?

    I am assuming that you would like to upgrade your account using a CC. The can be done from you ACCOUNT PAGE. Select the BILLING option in this page and you will see all the plans available to upgrade or downgrade

    Notice that the account is on Free status, just select any of the plans and click on Upgrade.

    From here, a window will show up where you can choose the payment schedule and payment method. You can choose either monthly, yearly or bi-yearly plans.

    When I click on Account, the 'Billing' Option does not appear in the
    left-hand menu as show here.

    Hi,

    It's either Billing/Upgrade on the account's settings.
