    [JotForm EU] Cannot View any Submission Data in Android App

    1. I installed your mobile app and I cannot see any data in the incoming
    subscriptions - is it as it is supposed to be??

    If I am not mistaken I believe you are referring to the use of either our iOS or Android apps?

    Could you please tell us which Mobile App is giving you trouble?

    Are you unable to see any of the data for all of your form on your account?

    Can you try logging out of the app then log back in again to see if that makes any difference?

    Thank you for your update.

    The issue is most likely related to our recent data storage updates for EU region. The Android App is not yet optimized for these changes.

    We have escalated a bug report ticket to our Development Team. This thread will be updates as soon as we have any news for you.

    Any further news on this? Can we migrate our data back to US servers so we can see the data in the app?
