Could you please tell us which Mobile App is giving you trouble?
Are you unable to see any of the data for all of your form on your account?
Can you try logging out of the app then log back in again to see if that makes any difference?
I use Android app, all I get from this are notifications when new subscription arrives. After that all I can see is:

The issue is most likely related to our recent data storage updates for EU region. The Android App is not yet optimized for these changes.
We have escalated a bug report ticket to our Development Team. This thread will be updates as soon as we have any news for you.
