    Downloaded PDF Document is Only Showing Submission Date

    2. When I'm reviewing subscriptions via website and I click download pdf -
    I only get a document with date of subscription - should it be like that?

    It appears you're having an issue with your downloaded pdf of your submission showing up empty other than the submission date.

    Currently I noticed that when viewing your submissions from my end those are blank and this would be why your downloaded pdf is blank as well. 

    However, I see you are a user from Poland in Europe so I would recommend that you please try visiting and logging in through http://eu.jotform.com which is our European Server. Then check it again on your end to see if that will correct the issue for you.

    If you continue to be unable to see it then please let us know.

    im having the same issue and im in the US  I cant see any of my submission data.
