How do I set the response field to default to all capital letters?

Go to the edit mode of your form and please follow these steps:

1) Click on Emails icon, then click on your notification:

2)  In the Email Builder, highlight all the response values Example: {fullName} 

3) Click on the Table icon, the on Cell>Cell properties>Advanced

4) In the Style box, add this style value: text-transform: uppercase;

5) Save your form.
