Change Subject Title on Confirmation Emails

I used a Basketball Registration Template for a summer camp program.  I changed the title of the document to Turkey Romp Registration Form, but when I get the confirmation email, the subject line reads Basketball League 2013 Confirmation Email.  Is there any way to change that?

You can change that on the email notification of your form under the subject line. Check this screenshot.
