These are links to the forms I created and they were working fine but are now all disabled if I click the link or try to edit them. Please can you help.

Your account was disabled by our anti-phishing filter due to credit card fields on a 'Credit Card Authorisation Form'. Please note that we do not allow credit card data collection.
You may consider using a Stripe integration in Authorization mode instead. It will allow you to collect payment details, and charge your customers for custom amounts later.
We have removed the credit card fields and re-activated your account.
