I got a notice regarding making a billing change

    Hi there JotForm... 

     

    I received an email from your support team that I need up update my billing information.  Yet I can't find where to do that on your site.  I've checked under account info, but no billing info was there.  We have a PREMIUM account and we'd like to continue this.  The email gave us 7 days to complete this.

    Please send complete instructions or a direct link to billing.

    You must go to Billing > Payment Method > Change Credit Card  option

    currently when I log on it says it’s a free account, but the billing email identifies us as a premium user, with a $9.95/month fee.
    Please advise.. thanks!

    Please login there and made the adjustments. The account is scheduled to downgrade

    I’m still not able to log in.
    I don’t have the pass word. Is it the email ?
    I did reset the password, and had changed Alexandra’s name to mine (she’s no longer here and I own the account)
    Please keep the account active until we can get this solved. Thanks
