We are no longer receiving email notifications from our forms to one email account

    We were receiving emails at support@... from the form but it just stopped about 2 weeks ago. Other email accounts with the same .com email address are still receiving the notifier. We checked the email host to make sure there weren't any issues on their side and everything appears to be fine.

    Your support email account was in our bounce list, so I have removed it for you now.

    You should be receiving the emails from now on.

    Please do however make sure that your support account is not rejecting or marking the emails from us as spam, which would cause it to be placed in the bounce at the AmazonSES level.
