400 Bad Request error shown after submitting formAsked by jwcb on November 03, 2015 at 02:45 PM
we have had a couple of clients tells us that they get error message when they submit forms. I tried this and got the same message (see below). Is there something wrong with the JotForm server of something distorted/corrupted with my form?Error 400 Bad Request

Based on the part of your post it seems that the issue is happening with your server:
Error 400 Bad Request
Powered by Zeus Technology
As I have tried again, I see that the issue is happening when the form is submitted and you are redirected to the following page: http://www.randallspaints.com/Web_Pages/WCD_Pages/Window_Cover_Depart.html
I do believe that you have actually wanted to set your form to redirect your users to http://www.randalls.ca/Web_Pages/WCD_Pages/Window_Cover_Depart.html (the link that works) instead of the previous one - notice the difference in domain names.
To fix this, all you should fix is to either:
1. update your form to redirect your users to the correct location
2. if the link is right (on another domain), but it is not working, you should ask your admin or developer of the website why the Bad Request error is shown when someone is going to that page.
PS: As you can see you will get the same error no mater if you submit the form or go to the page directly.
Thank you. I have changed the link to a valid page.We are also having issues with notification e-mails from that page:
The bells corners location is not receiving any of the notifications. Nor
is the 555 Bank st receiving submission notifications. Can you please take
a look to see if you can determine the problem?

You are welcome Jack.
Now since we can only assist with one issue / question per thread, I have moved the part about the issue with the email to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/697732
I will follow up on it shortly and help you with the issue.
