400 Bad Request error shown after submitting form

Hi,

we have had a couple of clients tells us that they get error message when they submit forms. I tried this and got the same message (see below). Is there something wrong with the JotForm server of something distorted/corrupted with my form?

Based on the part of your post it seems that the issue is happening with your server:

As I have tried again, I see that the issue is happening when the form is submitted and you are redirected to the following page: http://www.randallspaints.com/Web_Pages/WCD_Pages/Window_Cover_Depart.html

I do believe that you have actually wanted to set your form to redirect your users to http://www.randalls.ca/Web_Pages/WCD_Pages/Window_Cover_Depart.html (the link that works) instead of the previous one - notice the difference in domain names.

To fix this, all you should fix is to either:

1. update your form to redirect your users to the correct location

2. if the link is right (on another domain), but it is not working, you should ask your admin or developer of the website why the Bad Request error is shown when someone is going to that page.

PS: As you can see you will get the same error no mater if you submit the form or go to the page directly.
