Disabled Form Warning: Allow styles customization

I would like this as well, I don't like having that grey box and image on the form when it is not available, it doesn't match my website or the template I'm using for my form.

We have raised an additional feature request ticket about the form warning page customization. We cannot provide any ETA for when it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates. Thank you.
