My Conditional Logic is not editable

I'm trying to edit my conditional logic for this jotform(53066867886171) but it isn't working in terms of my ability to edit the conditional logic.  Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?  

We have brought back the old wizard meanwhile the backend team solves the problem with the New Wizard.
