    How can my form work with Apple iOS? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    My JotForm looks like this when I look at my site from my iPhone.  How can I fix this problem?

    I've tried looking at the page from other Apple devices and it seems like it may be just my phone.  If I'm not on the most recently updated OS, does that seem to be a realistic reason why it would distort the form?

    I checked your website on my Phone. I've reproduced same issue on IPhone 5s.

    I see that your form width is 650px and the total value of your two fields are 688px.

    Can you try to change form width with 700px?
