I just created a form and started to email it out to 5 people at a time. After the 5th email submission, I'm unable to send out any more emails.
I've been told I've reached my limit.
Please help.. I need to get this done immedialely.
Also, is there a way to send out more then 5 emails at a time?
I presume you are using the "Share Form"->Email in our "Publish" wizard, is that correct?
Please note that you can only send 20 emails/hour outbound using that option for "Free" and "Guest" accounts.
However, I see in our records that you are now in paid plan and the time you sent those emails were beyond the said time frame. The email limit for Paid plan is 100.
I will forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed.
For the meantime, it would be best to copy the form URL and use your own email client to send the link to multiple addresses. You can also share the Form URL by copy and pasting it on chats, forum post, email body, as long as the users will view it on a web browser.
We will update you as soon as this problem has been fixed.

As stated above, the limit for paid accounts is 100 emails per hour, if you are going beyond that limit your form will show this message, always.
