    Authorize.net Integration: Does not redirect to "Thank You" page or URL after payment

    I have integrated the payment form in my website for testing purpose but even I put the link for thank you page, still after payment its taking me to https://submit.jotform.me/submit/53031044040435/

    Is it because its a trial account. Will it work once i upgrade to Silver Account.

    Also in Silver is there a limit for number of payments.

    Is this the page you are getting when you make a test payment in your form?


    Unfortunately, the Authorize.net integration doesn't seem to redirect to the JotForm's "Thank You" page. Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked. I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or was designed for this. We will update you directly on this thread when we hear any news on this matter.


    For the meantime, I would recommend signing up an account to us, I see you are using a guest account. For the other concern you have regarding the Silver plan, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/697488.

    Yes this is the page I am getting but I want it to redirect it to the thank you page of my website.


    The redirection is not working.

    Hi Gautam,

    Your form contains a condition that overrides the URL you have configured as its thank you page.

    Please delete the said condition so that the form's redirection works properly.
