I just upgraded to bronze and still can't send submissions

    I'm totally annoyed.  I just paid for upgrade to bronze.  I'm still unable to send my forms out. It's saying i've reached my limit.  I've only sent out 20 forms from the free version and now I've paid for upgrade and still locked out.  Please help

    I checked your account and forms and everything appears to be active.  If you are trying to email the form from your JotForm account, as stated by my colleague in this thread:


    Your issue has been forwarded to our developers to see why you are still unable to email the form from your JotForm account.

    For the meantime, it would be best to copy the form URL and use your own email client to send the link to multiple addresses. You can also share the Form URL by copy and pasting it on chats, forum post, email body, as long as the users will view it on a web browser.
