I just upgraded and still locked out
This is so frustrating...You stole my money.....You haven't responded to my previous question yet....

Now please do note that these limits are per hour, meaning that you should at this time be able to send the emails, but even if you are not, my colleague Charlie had raised the issue to developers to look into it and the suggestion by my colleague David on the second thread will allow you to send as many emails as you need from your own email account.
