Users need to provide their birthday, country, and student/non-student information to determine their dues category.
Birthday is used to calculate their age as of December 31 of the year for which they are paying dues.
Countries determine if they qualify for low income rates.
Student status determines if eligible for student rates.
There is some if/then logic to sort through these to determine the payment amount.
Can jotform do this?

Yes, you can do that through JotForm.
You can make your calculations based on various values that your users fill out or select and then pass the total to any payment processing tool that we have to make the charge in the same amount:
You can see how to calculate the age on the specific date by following the steps here: Calculate age on the specific date
We can also help you and guide you through the other parts of your form as you come to them - and if you have any questions or need any assistance, so feel free to check out and create your forms and let us know when we are needed :)
