Error from Authorize.net processing

    I have an Authorize.net account and have set up the form with the API Login ID and the Transaction Key, however whenever anyone trys to submit the form and purchase something or even when I attempt to test the connection, I get an error that states - E-mail is required. How do I resolve this error?

    Hello Mark,

    To change the reference field to NOT REQUIRED: Login to the Authorize.net Merchant Interface ( at https://secure.authorize.net ), click on Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields and uncheck the Required box for the e-mail address.
