Can I duplicate a form?

I have set-up a form to collect info for a specific purpose, I want to use most of the same info but add additional info and take away some.  Is there a way to duplicate a form to alter and save as a different form?

Yes, you can do that, from the My Forms lists view, click on "More" and choose "Clone form"
