When I test submitted the form http://www.jotform.us/form/53006262684150 I see the Thank You page like this
but this is also what I see when I checked the Thank You page setup when in the Form Builder
Try fix the image used in your Thank You page as well.
Is the form embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL of the website if it is.
We will also check on the website for any issue.

Thank you for your response. I looked into the thank you page to edit it and it shows the whole picture. So I am unsure of why it is still cutting half of it off?

I believe your image is in a password protected area, which is why it is not accessible by the thank you page. It shows on your end due to being logged in to the appropriate site. Since we cannot access your image, it is a bit difficult to test with it. However, I did notice the height and width of the image were quite small:
Click on the image, then click on "insert/edit image":
Adjust the size to something a bit larger to see if that helps.

Yes that makes since. I have removed that picture and put a pictures with no restrictions on it I believe. Could you please try looking at it again to see if it shows up? Thank you
