Email notifications are not being received by everyone

    We are also having issues with notification e-mails from that page:
    http://www.randalls.ca/Web_Pages/WCD_Pages/WCD_Free_Shop_at_home.html
    The bells corners location is not receiving any of the notifications. Nor
    is the 555 Bank st receiving submission notifications. Can you please take
    a look to see if you can determine the problem?

    I took a look at the page and I see that the form on it is: https://form.jotform.com/form/11362450169

    I was able to see the Bells Corners condition email template, and check its email - which was in the bounce list  - which is the reason why no notifications were received.

    Since I am not sure which template is of 555 Bank Street (I presume Glebe), I have checked all others as well, but they seem to be OK and being sent properly.

    Please do check the spam and trash folders of that specific email account to make sure that it is not ending up blacklisted on your side.

    As mentioned, the Bells Corners has been removed from the bounce list so it should be OK at this time, do let us know however how it goes after testing.

    You are welcome and thank you for the update, it is always great to hear that it works :)

    Now the bounce list is a system that allows systems to not spam other systems with unwanted emails. So basically if your email server replies back stating that it does not want to get another email, it ends up on our bounce list.

    Now the requests on internet can be based on the status code - like 200 (which equals to "Found") or 404 (which equals to "Not Found") which can set some email to the bounce list without the specific reason.

    Usually however the replies include the reason as well.

    Just to mention, unless there is any response that would suggest that the email should not be sent again, your email can not end up on the bounce list.

    Ughh! This problem is occurring again. The submissions to 2120 robertson rd are not being sent bellscorners@randalls.ca 

    I checked the bounce list, and that address is fine.
