That is an old app and is not available anymore, now you can export your submissions to a Google Spreadsheet .
However, if you want to download an Excel file, you can refer to this guide, next you can upload the file to Dropbox :

I hope that helps.
If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please pass this solution on to others seeking to automatically download form submissions to excel, as it has worked well for me:
Use the google spreadsheet app and install its Data Everywhere add-on, as well as the associated Data Everywhere add-in for excel, then create a feed in the google spreadsheet and insert it in the excel spreadsheet.
This overcomes the JotForm limitation of not being able to export automatically to excel.
**Caveat: At this time Data Everywhere's auto-publishing feature publishes data from on format to another once every hour. If you need faster than that I would consider using an alternative solution. Reason I'm trying so hard is because I need to use visual basic...and that doesn't work with google sheets.

Dear ckemmann,
JotForm on the forum, I read with interest your solution to trigger the production of the report of bid JotForm from an Excel workbook VBA. However that mean "create a feed in the google spreadsheet and insert it in the excel spreadsheet". I'm not familiar Google Sheet or Data everywhere, I installed according to your advice. Could you provide details of your solution, I can not implement.
Thank you in advance.
