This form is disabled

Please don't reply by saying that this thread has been closed - there is a lot of competition in form builders and it seems many people have this issue. The answers above regarding arabic etc. do not apply and are irrelevant. I used to pay for Jotform when it worked but all I get is form not found. This is a shame as Jotform seemed to be the only form builder that could manage what I was trying to do in terms of redirecting using conditional rules. 

As I said - please don't reply with this thread is closed or view these responses. They don't work and whilst I think Jotform has a few things other form builders are missing the end result will be to move to another formbuilder. I am testing software to recommend to clients as part of my consultancy business - at present my website recommends Jotform!!

I took a look at your account and your account got suspended by our system for having a phishing form.

Lets take a look at our terms of use: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately

If you wish to use JotForm, or any other form builder, you will need to check the terms of use to make sure that your form is not breaking any of the rules. In this case we can only enable your account if your Redirect form is removed.

However if you recreate a similar form, your account would get disabled again.
