Viewing submissions as PDF truncates data, how do I solve?

While creating a pdf of a submission I see that it is truncating either the question field or the data field based on the height of the other field. How can we fix this? I see no way to edit the row height.

I am attaching a screen shot and highlighted the two areas where there is an error. I am seeing this in both Chrome and Firefox, am using Windows 8.1.

In order for you to resolve the issue, please go to the GET PDF > Customize PDF and reset the Custom PDF design you created, click on "Reset" and save it.

In your case, we have done it for you. So no need to do this for now.

Thank you, however the problem reappears anytime I edit the PDF. I am not touching those fields, all I am doing is removing two fields I do not want to have appear on the PDF. How do I edit the PDF to remove the Submission ID and Submission IP without breaking the PDF?
