Does the "Time To Live" store the data for that long in the browser no matter what?  I want my data stored in the browser if it crashes or I accidentally close it.  I want my data CLEARED if I successfully submit the form.  Is that possible?

It should save the data on your browser even if your browser crashes or you accidentally close it unless the crash clears the data out. However, the data will be there even if you submit your form until the time is passed.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other concerns and we will be glad to help you. Thank you.

Is there any way to automatically clear out the cache one the form is successfully submitted?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible with Jotform.

I suggest that you can use Save Forms and Continue Later if the user  accidentally close the form.
