When I was using the FREE service, I never complained about anything. After all, I was getting a terrific service for FREE!
But now I am a paying customer so here comes my complaint about one big annoying and aggravating problem.
I've been working on one thing for over 2 hours. My selected font color will not hold in my auto response text. The font color displays the correct color when I composing the auto response email. When I check the HTML code color, it too is correct. However, when I test the form, the color defaults back to black and other parts of the auto response text also defaults to black.
Over 2 hours of trying to get this to work. I am fed up and at a lost.

Actually, I just ran a test submission on a clone of that form and the colors in both the auto-response at the email address entered (a Hotmail one) and the notification at the email address I set it to go to (a Gmail one) were exactly the same as they appeared in the "Compose Email" section of the autoresponder and notification respectively.
However, getting content to look the same across email providers and systems can be very tricky. As a matter of fact, they're entire courses offered online on the subject of getting newsletters to look the same, regardless of which email system is used to view them. Some of those courses are pretty pricey too. Anyway, our team will see how best we can help you.
