I am using the appointment widget, no slots are showing as unavailable even when they are picked. I have reloaded the widget a number of times, each time checking to see that there is an api created.
The api is read only, though, and is not specific to appointment slots. It says "Widgets API - readOnly"
Could that be why the appointment widget isn't counting down? Is there a way that I can add the api to the appointment slots widget using the source code?

Thanks for reporting and apologies for this inconvenience caused.
Issues like this can be resolved by recreating the API key that was automatically generated by the widget in your API page http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api. I have manually do it for your convenience. Your appointment widgets should be working fine by now.
To reset the widget counter, simply delete the submissions in your form submissions page.
