    "oops...it's your logo name" shows in the brower's tab

    Why is my jorform main page named "oops...it's your logo name"? 

    this is what the tab looks like after I click "my forms". The webpage functions perfectly well, but I just feel uncomfortable the way the tab looks as if something goes wrong.

    Hello chinathinksbig,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check few of your last edited form and I am unable to replicate the issue. None of your form is displaying the above title you have shared. 

    With which form you are having this issue with? Do let us know and we will take a look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. No it's not about any specific issue, it's on the page after I click "MY FORMS" and the page shows a list of all forms.

    Hello chinathinksbig,

    This is strange and I am still not able to replicate the issue you are having. I did check your account using Chrome & FireFox browser and your "MyForms" page seems to display correctly.

    Please let me know with which browser & operating system you are having this issue with. We wil take a look and if required report it to our back end team.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the concern. I'm using Chrome on Windows10, although same thing happened when I still had Windows8.

    Hi,

    It seems like it is related to the browser you are using. I tried logging in to your account and I was unable to replicate the problem, same with my colleague.

     

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache. Make sure to update the browser version of your Google Chrome.

    I have also cleared your form's cache and the fix the folders in our end.

    Let us know if any of the above steps resolves the problem.

    I tried clear the cache but hmmm... It's still there

    May I just ask, what's a "logo name"at all? If that's in the settings I'll try change the "logo name" see if that works.

    Hello chinathinksbig,

    That's also a strange part. You get this issue when you click on MyForms but the account profile does not have any information related to logo names. 

    I am not sure what is causing this issue. Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
