I would like to know how to change my username

You cannot change your username directly in your end, but we can do that for you.

Please provide us 3 possible usernames that you would like to change to (just in case the first one is not anymore available for use). Please note that forms that uses the custom form URL will not anymore work because they bear the old username of the account. However, default form URL will still work.
