Can we change our Username?

Hello, the person who created our school's account used her own name for the Username. She is no longer with the school and I'd like to change the Username. Thank you.

Yes, the username can be changed, but only the support team can do it for you. Please let us know your new desired username. We'll check it and proceed if it's available. Please give us at least 3 so we can use the other if the first one is not available.

It's done. If you are using a custom URL in your forms, you will have to update it to reflect the new username.
