    I create a new form, i click publish and i get this when trying to see it 
     
    Is this a joke? please fix this bug on your website

    Could you please indicate if you are referring to the form CONTACT FORM WITH ENVELOPE THEME? I have just reviewed you account and found it in your trash bin. To restore go into your TRASH bin and press the RESTORE button.
