None of the forms send emails to our chosen email address since a few days ago. No changes have been made to the forms. Several emails have been tested. No spam has been found.
I have tried both forms with and without conditional tags. The messages show in the online inbox, but dont get sent to our emails.

I see 3 submissions successfully sent to ve**@ka*********t.dk since Nov 2
Which is exactly the same number of submissions in the Excel report. That means all of the submissions were sent via AMAZONSES (our email service provider)
I would recommend to check your spam folder and also whitelist the following domains:

It seems it started worked without doing your recommended steps, which is why im confused that you say Amazon was sending just fine.
I had the same issues on http://www.bloomit.dk/ and http://morningtrain.dk/ but they seem to be fine now too. Thanks for your thorough answer in any case :)
