Restore deleted submissions

Yesterday we were deleting some old submissions from 2014 and before under our Calendar Photo Contest Submission, but suddenly when we go to that form this morning there are 0 submissions and it appears that all has been deleted.  This is very concerning, as there are hundreds of submissions in there that we still need to view/have access to.

Can you please perform a database restore that would allow us to have access to all submissions from May 2015 until now for this form?  At this time yesterday they were all still showing.

Unfortunately it is not possible to restore deleted submissions. When trying to erase one submission we get a warning message saying it cannot be undone.

Also when someone tries to delete all submissions it asks for the account password - to make sure they are not deleted by accident.

Once you delete a submission it is also deleted from our servers. It is not possible for them to be recovered.

A workaround might be trying to check the email submissions if they are still available on your email.
