Issue with conditional logic

We are having problems getting conditional logic running

We need to make it so if they select Cheque or Money order it shows the Requested Tables ** text as well as the Please mail a cheque/money order to ... and than submit the information to the person who would be getting the payment

If they Select PayPal instead it should show the Requested Tables* form, which will than submit the order details to paypal and complete 

I have enabled conditions for If payment method is empty to hide Requeted Tables*, Hide Requested Tables** and HIde Please mail a cheque or money order

If Payment method is equal to cheque or money order, show requested tables** , Show Please mail a cheque or money order for.. Hide Requested Tables*

If Payment method is equal to PayPal show Requested Tables*, Hide requested tables** and hide please mail a cheque or money order to

However the conditional isn't working. if we select either payment method it doesn't populate additional data 

You should get your conditional logic like this:

You don't need to add the "Hide" option because the fields are hidden by default and will only show up in the form when the condition is met.

I did try this in the cloned version of your form, but it seems like we have backend issue that's causing this to stop from working. But please try doing the changes and let us know if you will experience the same.
