Account question, downgrading my plan

I'm unsure of what my current plan is. My account says I have the Premium plan, and I pay $9.95/month. I saw that there is a free plan, which I would like to switch to. I believe we currently have the plan that allows 1,000 submissions a month. We don't need that many and would like to downgrade to 100 submissions per month. I tried to switch to the free plan but it said I needed to contact support. Please advise.

Does this mean that I now have the free subscription? The Starter with 100 monthly submissions?

You will remain on Premium until December 5th, 2015, at which point you will automatically be downgraded back to a Free account and no longer billed.  You will indeed be back to the Free/Starter plan.
