My form states that is enabled but when I publish it is states from not found

    We already had the forms on our website bit now they have disappeared.  Upon looking at the form in jotform they all appear to be disabled.  Would you tell me why this has happened? I cannot enable the form.

    I took a look at your account and I see that it is suspended. I have however re-activated your account for you so your form should be shown to you now.
