submission grid view - unable to resize columns or read field

Please help.

On the submission page I can't resize the column on the detail records in the lower grid (below the Download as: label).

What are the first three fields ? , and specifically what's with the "new" item ?

This could be a temporary isse , I was unable to replicate it and I can resize the grid : 

In regards to the first three field : 

New : This icon indicates whether a submission has been read or not.

Flag : You can mark a submission, you can do it if is an important submission and you will need to use it in the future.

Del : This icon let you delete the submission.
