I have a form that contains input fields, calculated field (for total price), and conditional drop-downs based on input fields. The auto-responder and notifications seemingly contains random values. This is affecting the delivery of the auto-responder: incorrect values and sometimes doesn't get delivered.
The submitters are receiving incorrect values for price values.
This doesn't happen for all submissions. However, this occurs for a significant number of submissions (about 30%).
Following is output in notification email. (I have removed the actual personal info.) Note the 'Total Payment Due' field is zero. It is a calculated field based on the number of adults and number of children ((n * 20) + (m * 10)). In this case, it should be 20.
Sometimes, upon submission, the 'Registration Status' combo-box is set to to different value rather than the default of 'Payment Due'.
Also, it seems that some people are allowed to skip the required fields and submit the form without filling them in.
Can I send the URL of the form to you privately?

What is the form in question? Have you tried deleting and creating the notifications and autoresponders again?

If you haven't, please re-create them, so all your fields will be updated, and should show the correct data.
