I've created the widget and error message is not appear when I set "required".

Are you referring to the error message when you submit your form? I checked your form but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When I click the submit button I was able to see the error message. However, it seems that the widget is not loaded properly. Can you try to re-add the widget (delete and add the widget again) and see if it will help?

Sry, now everything is fine. I just forgot to mark valid false when submitting.
