When viewing my forms submissions, I see the total of submissions (down in the bottom right corner). Is there a way to also see, at a glance, the total quantity calculated from all the forms that have been submitted. For example, I may have five orders (submissions), but each submission could have been for a quantity of 2, for a total of 10 people attending.
Thank you.

You can create Reports i.e. Excel Report using the form Submission data.
Then create a running Total function in the Excel report.
This will give you the current running total quantity/number.
OR
You can use Google Spreadsheet integration, and use spreadsheet data to get universal calculations or running total.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am aware that I can export the data into other formats to obtain the total. I was hoping there was a way I could see such a calculation within JotForm. I guess not?

Thank you for explaining further.
I am not sure if the JotForm Form Analytics is similar to what you were looking for.
You may want to check it here for more datails.
