**gcchapel**When viewing my forms submissions, I see the total of submissions (down in the bottom right corner). Is there a way to also see, at a glance, the total quantity calculated from all the forms that have been submitted. For example, I may have five orders (submissions), but each submission could have been for a quantity of 2, for a total of 10 people attending.

Thank you.

**jonathan**You can create

**Reports**i.e.**Excel Report**using the form Submission data. Then create a running Total function in the Excel report.

This will give you the current running total quantity/number.

OR

You can use Google Spreadsheet integration, and use spreadsheet data to get universal calculations or running total.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

**gcchapel**Thanks for the quick reply. I am aware that I can export the data into other formats to obtain the total. I was hoping there was a way I could see such a calculation within JotForm. I guess not?
