the web site does not display correctly at all. I can log in, go to my account, then everything displays correctly. Are there IE or firewall requirements for your site?

I checked our site on IE and it seems to be working fine.
Can you try again and see if it is working now on your end? If the issue still persists can you try to use this URL - www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true and see if you can access now the site? We also recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox browser in accessing your account or editing your forms.
