    Dave,

    Your subscription to JotForm Premium was cancelled on January 18. Because your last payment was made on the 21st of December, your account should enjoy Premium status until after 30 days.

    Afterwards, your account reverts back to free status. Your forms will be disabled because after then, you will be limited to just 100 submissions in a single month. They will be reactivated once your limits refresh on the end of January.

    more than 30 days has passed since my last payment so surely i'm in a new period, what a scam your just tring to get another payment even though i've been paying for months.

     

    Now i only need the free service you don't care and don't want to know

    Submission limits reset at the turn of every month, we are upfront about that. 

    Even if we reset your submission limits early, (which will often do if a customer asks nicely for it to be done) you are way over the upload limits of a free account.

    We are upfront about all of this and we are more happy to advise ways to get your account back in some kind of order (for FREE accounts), but please understand we are then doing you a favour and try to at least be a little gracious about it.
