Why Submit Button is not Responsive? (needs to be pushed several times to submit form)

The final Submit button on my form is being very unresponsive and won't allow users to submit form. when clicked it jumps about on the page, moves to the side and back, sometimes it will submit after being clicked several times.

The problem seems to occur in several browsers and on IOS.

It occurs whether using the embedded iFrame form or the direct link

I'd be grateful for your help as we are I think not getting submissions as a result

I fixed the problem by switching back to a different theme and changing some of the colours and backgrounds- i don't like the design of the form so much now but at least it works! I assume it was a CSS problem?

In addition to what you've said, if some of other fields step up on "Submit" button in some resolutions, this could make it difficult to submit.
