I'm building a form that will be used for our youth baseball association to register players. I added a PayPal box to allow us to receive payments. I have not published the form to my web site yet because I want to be sure everything works properly.
I've noticed when I choose a payment and click 'submit form' I'm redirected to PayPal to complete my payment. So far, I have not actually finished that process as I don't really need to pay myself for a registration. But when clicking 'submit form' in that scenario I do not get an email with the form info sent to me.
If I click 'submit form' without choosing a payment option I DO get an email sent to me.
My question: will I get the confirmation email once the PayPal transaction is complete?
Here's the form I'm working on:

Yes, just be sure that you've added your email address inside Notification, under Recipient Email.
If your clients closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to thePaypal Page, this will be logged as a Pending Submission. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction. You can only view this Pending Submissions inside JotForm, please follow this guide to learn How to View Pending Submissions. http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions
